酵母微量 提升蛋品品質(zhì)
摘要：試驗旨在研究飼料中添加希爾紅對老齡蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及雞蛋品質(zhì)的影響。選擇300日齡的海蘭褐蛋雞 288 只，隨機分為4組，每組設6個(gè)重復，每個(gè)重復12只雞，本試驗采用4種日糧，處理1（T1）采用玉米-豆粕基礎日糧，T2、T3、T4分別采用基礎日糧添加700,800、900 mg/kg希爾紅，進(jìn)行為期4周的飼養試驗，檢測添加希爾紅后老齡蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能和蛋品質(zhì)情況。 結果表明：不同添加濃度的希爾紅對老齡蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能有明顯提高。希爾紅的添加量和飼喂時(shí)間同時(shí)影響著(zhù)蛋品質(zhì)。添加希爾紅后在28d時(shí)，T3試驗組的平均蛋重顯著(zhù)高于其他組（ 
）；添加希爾紅對蛋形指數無(wú)顯著(zhù)影響（）；添加希爾紅后，各試驗組蛋殼厚度顯著(zhù)增厚（）且蛋殼強度均顯著(zhù)的提高（），其中，T3試驗組效果最佳；希爾紅對哈氏單位和蛋黃重的作用需要時(shí)間的積累，在28d時(shí)，T3試驗組哈氏單位和蛋黃重發(fā)生顯著(zhù)提高（）；添加希爾紅蛋黃比例無(wú)顯著(zhù)影響（）。結果說(shuō)明，老齡蛋雞在產(chǎn)蛋后期，生產(chǎn)性能和蛋品質(zhì)逐漸降低，添加希爾紅對生產(chǎn)性能和蛋品質(zhì)有顯著(zhù)的提高作用，其中，添加800mg/kg效果最好。

Effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens

[Abstract] This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Shellhuge on production performance and egg quality of aged layer hens. A total of 288 laying hens at 300 days of age were allotted to 4 groups，each of which included 6 repeats, each with 12 hens. There were 4 diets in this experiment，the treatment 1（T1）fed with the corn-soybean meal basal diet，the T2 ,T3 and T4 fed with the basal diets addition of 700,800 and 900 mg/kg Shellhuge，respectively. Feeding trials for 4 weeks to detect the production performance and egg quality of old layer after adding Shellhuge. Results showed that the production performance of old layer was obviously improved by adding different concentration of Shellhuge. The addition amount and feeding time of Shellhuge also affected the quality of eggs.
After the addition of Shellhuge, the average egg weight of T3 was significantly higher than that of the other groups at 28d ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg shape index ();After adding Shellhuge, the eggshell thickness of each experimental group significantly increased () and the eggshell strength significantly increased (), among them, the T3 was the best. It takes time to accumulate the effect of Shellhuge on Haugh Unit and yolk weight. At 28d, Haugh Unit and yolk weight in the three groups significantly increased ().The addition of Shellhuge have no significant effect on the egg yolk percentage ().The results showed that the production performance and egg quality of the old layer gradually decreased in the later stage of egg production, and the production performance and egg quality were significantly improved by adding Shellhuge, of which T3 was the best.
